Yes, we offer direct international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees are not included in the product price and are calculated based on the destination country and the volumetric weight of the package.

For customers purchasing via an agent, the agent provides a QC check once the item is received by them. If flaws exist or you are unsatisfied with the product, you can request an exchange or refund.

For customers purchasing directly from us and using direct shipping, we provide hand-taken QC pictures before shipping. At this stage you can request a batch switch or other feasible changes. A shipping price quote will also be provided in advance.

Customers using agents to purchase: Yes, but only while it's still in the warehouse. Once you have it at home or began international shipping process, returns are not possible.
